Hello!
Today I bought my self a new Bautz. I thaught it was a ordinery AS 120, as they looked almost the same.
The tractor has been standing on a field near the coast for the last 10 years,so it was wery rusty. Because of this the original emblem and numbers is lost.
I found the tractor to be a -56 model with a 14hk MWM engine and looks just like a AS 120, exept the hydraulic system is a bit different.
It has a hydraulic cylinder mountet to the left rear fender, that controls the rear lift. I'm not a 100% sure,but it seems original.
The control valve for the hydraulic is on the dashboard.
According to my books,the only models made by Bautz in -56 with a 14hk engine is either a AS 151 ore a AW120. I have never seen any of this,and dont know if it can be one of these two models I got.

I have seen pictures of a model called 14PS,and thaught that maybe that can be the one,but cant seem to find this model in my books.
What is the story behind this model?

Can anybody tell me what kind of model I god,and maybe how many was made this year?

please put some picturse in this forum and tell me the identity - nummers of the Bautz. After that J can see the history of the tractor.

Found a picture of my other Bautz as well.
Picture is taken before restauration.

Nice pictures, but sorry, I dont know exactly the type of your second Bautz.
So it seems, there were delivered many Bautz to Norway?

In what area are you living? Perhaps you show us a photo of your first

I'm not a 100% sure, but if my knowlege is correct, the only models delivered to norway in the 50's is the AS120.
I have seen the 200' series, but I haven't looked in to this, as this model is to new to be in my inteterest
I will check out the serial number of my new model, and post some pictures of my 120 after the restauration.
I also have some other tractors, like M-H Pony, Porsche Junior, Fahr D-88, Farmall Mod A, Farmall Cub, Normag Zorge++¨
I can post some pictures if you want,but as this is an Baytz foum, I don't know if this is of any intersest.

Hello,

the hydraulik-sytem is the first type of hydraulik for the models 120 and 122. But i thougt that this type is only delievered until 1955.

So there is a model called just Bautz 14PS? Or is it a AS120 14PS?
Cause as described earlier, my books and papires about the Bautz hitstory and modelprogram says nothing about 14PS..

The then built motor MWM KD11z had a horsepower of 12 to 17 hp. Depending on the speed (see picture). The reason for limiting also had tax reasons.

it´s a shame, that norway is so far from here,

otherways I would bring my AS122 for restauration to you

No,still havn't found on the new one, but the restored one is a -56 120D with 14hkMWM according to the papers.
